VersaBadge is a state-of-the-art, Bluetooth-based location technology that was developed by and for
critical access hospitals in order to automate and improve the tedious manual time study process. The
VersaBadge system is recommended by industry-leading CPA firms and has been thoroughly reviewed by multiple MACs. Data produced by VersaBadge on behalf of clients has held up to detailed CMS audit and has been accepted without changes.
Over the past several years, VersaBadge has worked with CAHs throughout the country to evolve the
VersaBadge platform in order to address a host of additional use cases, from RHC and hospitalist time
studies, to inter-departmental cost allocation, asset tracking and staff duress alerting.
VersaBadge launched as a co-development partnership with Critical Access Hospitals in 2016.
